Investor's participation as expected: contingent on costs of the undertaking. The project will be carried out in conformity with technical documentation and the assumptions of the "Multi-year Investment Plan for 2007-2013".

Local partner's participation: municipal land covering the area of 77 ha. in Modrzewina Południe, designated for industrial construction.

Expected result: technology park. The industrial complex will consist of, among others, the Business, Science and Logistics Centre, as well as a golf course. New projects are expected to generate 3000 jobs in Elbląg's technology park in the coming years.

Property description: the site is situated on the outskirts of Elbląska Heights and has varied surface features. Until recently, it has been occupied by military training grounds. The site is currently owned by Elbląg authorities. According to the plan, the future technology park, which covers an area of 77 ha., will be divided into 5 sub-parks. The site does not have media supply infrastructure. The local authorities have raised funds to prepare Modrzewina site for development. EU funds as part of the Integrated Regional Operational Programme will be deployed to build access roads and media supply networks for the site. Development works are scheduled to begin in the spring of 2006.
