- St Nicholas's Cathedral (12th-14th c), Gothic art inside

- the Marketplace Gate: remains of the former city fortifications (the lower part of a tower dating from 1319)
- the Holy Spirit Monastery complex and Hospital, built in 1242, now the Municipal Library, with a large collection of old printings

- the statue of Theseus (in front of the Elzam hotel, 2 Słowiański Square, Elbląg), a 310-cm-high white marble sculpture by Martin Wolf (late 19th c)
- the statue of Achilles (in the square in front of the City Office building, 1 Łączności St, Elbląg, a 150-cm-high white marble sculpture by Ernest Herter (1886)
- spatial forms – about 40 metal sculptures scattered all over the city, made during five Spatial Form Biennials between 1965 and 1973 by various artists, including M. Abakanowicz, Z. Gostomski, H. Stażewski
