Property description: undeveloped property with the area of around 10 hectares, with an extension option of 9 hectares, divided into land plots with a mapped public utility access road, convenient access from Papieżka St. and the ring road - Kazimierza Wielkiego Ave. (extension of domestic road No. 62). The site has media supply with an option of building a transformer station on the premises. It is situated in the vicinity of a railway siding.

Local partner's participation: Włocławek City Hall provides assistance in establishing contacts with site owner, conducting negotiations, provides formal and organisational support for investment projects.
Expected result: development of the industrial sector, creation of new jobs and multi-functional investment operations – opening of the Special Economic Sub-zone (industry, storage, bases – chemical industry projects are preferred).
Property description: site with the area of around 139 hectares, divided into land plots (I – 226 m x 470 m, II – 230 m x 349.5 m, III - 94 hectares, IV - 42 hectares), situated directly along international road no. 1. Property developer will be granted access to media-supply infrastructure of Anwil plant. The site is undeveloped and has full media supply. Legal status has been fully cleared (privately owned).

Property description: site with the area of 109.7 hectares + surrounding wooded areas (total area 250 hectares), with excellent transportation access – situated along international road no. 1 and domestic road no. 62, partially wooded, in the vicinity of natural water reservoir and Gostynińsko-Włocławski Scenic Park (natural attractions, canoeing trips, water sports – sailing, windsurfing).
