Property description: The Płock Industry and Technology Park covers an area of 200.4 hectares. A local development plan was approved for the site under resolution no. 299/XVI/03 of the Płock City Council of 28 October 2003. In line with the provisions of the local development plan, the Park has been divided into zones for various business purposes, including science, research and development, public and state institutions and their service agencies, industrial projects corresponding to the Park's profile, business support services (small, medium-sized and large enterprises, consulting, technical support and municipal services), financial sector and logistics companies.
