Preferred investment projects:
- production (conveniently situated municipal property, Grudziądz Industrial Park, Agricultural Property Agency sites in the vicinity of the developed ring road),
- logistics and shipping (in the vicinity of the developed A1 motorway and the ring road),
- spas and sanatoria (comprehensive project to manage hot brine springs in joint effort with Geotermia Marusza Sp. z o.o.),
- hotels (Old Town, central Grudziądz),
- tourism and recreation (development of tourist facilities in the area of Wielkie Rudnickie and Tarpieńskie lakes).
Tax concessions and other advantages:
1. Real estate tax concessions for businesses creating new jobs over a period of:
* 12 months - for businesses creating minimum 10 jobs,
* 24 months - for businesses creating minimum 20 jobs,
* 36 months - for businesses creating minimum 30 jobs,
* 48 months - for businesses creating minimum 40 jobs,
* 60 months - for businesses creating minimum 50 jobs.
2. Real estate tax concessions for businesses carrying out and planning new investment projects.
Concessions are granted:
a. over a period of 3 years in respect of investment outlays of minimum EUR 500,000;
b. over a period of 5 years in respect of investment outlays of minimum EUR 1 million.
Prospective investors who decide to start a business in the Grudziądz Industrial Park are also entitled to various preference schemes.
Grudziądz Industrial Park comprises individual sites of the former GZPG Stomil S.A., equipped with media supply, as well as land plots contributed by the local authorities in an attractively situated industrial district of the city.
The industrial park creates ample business opportunities for entrepreneurs, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises.
The main goal of the Grudziądz Industrial Park is to boost the attractiveness of industrial areas and increase employment in the industrial segment. The following strategic goals have also been set:
- acquisition of external capital,
- development of small and medium-sized enterprises,
- increased competitive edge of Grudziądz region,
- development of modern infrastructure on the premises of GPP Sp. z o.o.
- restructuring of property formerly owned by GZPG Stomil S.A.
Businesses which decide to invest in the Grudziądz Industrial Park will be entitled to:
- top-standard industrial sites with full amenities, both developed and undeveloped,
- tax breaks and other concessions,
- support of the County Job Centre in deploying funds for supporting active measures to counteract unemployment.
