- Ostrołęka Gallery situated in tenement houses from the interwar period
- the Old Post Office building, now the seat of the Museum of Kurpie Culture
- the Old Town - fortified settlement dating back to the 11th-12th century, situated opposite Omulew river's outlet to Narew

- General Józef Bem's monument - a monument of the hero of the battle of Ostrołęka, situated in the city centre
- a monument commemorating the marching out of the first Wielkopolska brigade of the national cavalry at the foot of General A. Madaliński's bridge
- monumental Mausoleum of the Battle of Ostrołęka - designed by R. Zerych and B. Zinseling in 1931 in former forts of the Russian Tsar
