Preferred investment projects:

Tax concessions and other advantages:
1. Broad assistance at all stages of carrying out investment projects, particularly in selecting building sites or buying land that is not owned by the local government; selling land owned by the local government at attractive prices; assistance in providing systems for utilities and obtaining all kinds of permits needed for executing investment projects.
2. Preferential treatment given to businesses creating new jobs in the administrative area of Krapkowice Commune. A business investing in real property can enjoy a 30% to 50% reduction in the property tax on this property in proportion to the number of jobs it creates. If at least 5 new jobs are created the local government can also refund up to 50% of the cost of land surveying and participate to the extent of 50% in the cost of providing systems for utilities in an area of land for development that has been bought from an owner other than the local government. If land is bought from the local government the sum of money thus obtained can be wholly or partly assigned for providing additional systems for utilities or other indispensable infrastructure, provided that the intended business activity is particularly attractive or the volume of investment is high or a sizeable number of jobs is created.
