- hotels
- housing, municipal infrastructure
Tax concessions and other advantages:
- exempting business entities from local taxes;
- entrepreneurs starting development of businesses which entail creation of new jobs for the unemployed living in the commune can apply for tax exemptions or remission of tax arrears but the decision is left at the discretion of the Town Mayor.
